The pump of a high pressure - general information, removal and installation

General information

The pump is put in action by means of a maple belt. The pump has a piston design. On an illustration the cross-section pump of the pump is presented.

Six pistons are actuated from the special shaking disk planted on the needle bearing. Hydraulic liquid arrives through four openings in each of cylinders, then via the spring return valve under pressure arrives in a hydraulic contour of system. Restriction of a pressure developed by the pump is made by means of a special regulator of the pressure, placed in the general case with the main accumulator (receiver). Air removal from the pump is made by an otpuskaniye of the spuskny gate of a regulator.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in system (see. General information and precautionary measures).
2. Prop up protivootkatny boots back wheels, then поддомкратьте a front of the car and establish it on props.
3. For the purpose of ensuring access to the pump remove a loker.
4. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (address to Head Routine maintenance).
5. Get under pump assembly capacity for reception of spilled liquid. Disconnect from the pump hydraulic tubes. At once закупорьте the open ends of shtutserny connections in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
6. Disconnect hydraulic hose also brought to the pump.

At connection the hose should be fixed a new collar.

7. Through one of windows in a driving pulley turn out the bottom through bolt of fastening of the pump. Give also a nut of fastening of assembly on a basic arm.

8. In case of need disconnect from the pump a basic arm of fastening of a hydraulic tube.

9. Turn out the remained bolt of fastening of the pump from the back party of assembly.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) Do not forget to replace a collar of fastening of a hydraulic hose;
   case of need replace rubber a sealant of shtutserny knots of connection of hydraulic tubes;
   c) Installation of a driving belt of auxiliary units make according to the instructions provided in Head Routine maintenance;
   d) In summary do not forget to lift pressure in system and, in case of need, to fill the pump (see. General information and precautionary measures);
   e) Do not forget to check level of hydraulic liquid. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address to Head Routine maintenance).
